I switched the workspace to the left. I had an unsaved component document active while I did it, and the white screen appeared.
I clicked into the second tab and clicked back, but that caused my edits to be lost.
In fact, I just tested switching between tabs and my edits got lost again, without the white screen thing!
I can confirm this. It shows the tab is edited but if you switch and then switch back whatever was edited is no longer there.
In fact even things that I am saving get lost if I switch between tabs. The only way to ensure changes are not lost is to save and then refresh the browser before switching tabs.
Example I opened my header and footer. I added an effect to my logo. I saved the header.
I switched to the footer. I added a background colour to my footer logo. I saved the footer.
I can see the effect in the header while editing the footer however if I switch back to the header the effect is gone.
At this point if I stay in the header and do a refresh all is good however if I save again and then refresh all my changes are gone.
Yup. That’s shame. Otherwise, Beta 3 is mature enough to already use it in the development, but this issue is setting it back. A quick fix would be great before the next Beta, or the RC.
