When I go into Dynamic Content pop-up > Post > Meta (Custom Field) > gear icon, it just perpetually says “loading” in the Meta dropdown… (what a sentence 
).

Partially fixed. In the next patch it will just show a text input allowing you to type a field key. I need to bring the field enumeration back after we’ve merged some stuff from the archive builder and tested it again.
Sorry for the delay on this one. The select is back, but it enumerates all fields instead of those that are contextually specific. More useful than an empty text input, but could be a pretty big list. I’d like to come back to this in another update. More thoughts here: Beta 4: ACF Fields still not being found
