Best way to include service button navigation on all pages?

Hi there!

We’d like to include an icon button section on our home page and all internal site pages, similar to the banner with buttons here: http://www.northeastwashingtontrends.ewu.edu/category.cfm?id=0. We currently are not using Cornerstone on our inside pages, so are not sure the best way to include this section on home page and all inside pages.

Can you please suggest an option or two that might work to accomplish this?

Hi!

That link is a website that includes the example icon banner on the home page we are trying to accomplish on our dev site, using X Pro.

Any ideas how to accomplish a banner similar to that one in X Pro?

Thank you! This is very helpful. Is there a way to apply this section automatically to all inside pages, or will each need to be added manually?
