What is the best method or recommended method for having a full screen video intro? That redirects to the homepage of the Pro Theme website?

Thanks for writing in! The X/Pro theme does not have such a functionality out of the box and you will need to customize the theme to achieve a feature like that and that is outside of our support scope.
