we want to create multipage blog posts. Is there a best practice to do that according to X theme?
Also we want to show those multipage blog posts on the blog overview page as shown in the attachment. How is that possible?

Thank you for the screenshot. Unfortunately, this is only possible by customization. The blog overview page is using a template and depending on the stack you were using it’s design will be based on that stack. Editing its structure and how it looks means editing the template for the blog. It would be best if you will consult a web developer to achieve this. Thank you for understanding.
