I am using Mailster. It does cost money, I’ve been using it for years. If you go for it make sure you learn how to use it.

I would suggest you use any of the free plugins that available in the WordPress repository. Please go through the following article on this.

Or else you to use one of the bundled plugins named Convert Plus and connect with Mailchimp or any of the Addons available with it.
