Best element for iframevideo embed codes

Hi! I’m developing a video heavy WP website

None of the videos is long – all less than 2 minutes

HOWEVER not sure of the best way to speed up page loads

I tried your great video player (which as you know means I have to upload the vids to my website) BUT they take too long to load

My host is WP Engine so I’m already paying a premium for speed

I’m trying out SproutVideo video hosting service and they use iframe embed codes

Which element is best for me to copy the code into?

Any other suggestions? thanks so much!

Thanks for writing in! You can use our Video element in Cornerstone or video shortcode which you can see examples from here (http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/responsive-video/) to embed your iFrame codes.
