I posted about this previously but I still don’t have a solution. I have Revolution Slider on my front page of my site twice. I posted about this before, and I know you don’t support it, but I have custom fonts uploaded to the theme via the font manager. I’m following the tutorial here, only part 2:

But it’s not working. I have a ticket in with theme punch. but thought I should ask again here because you all are so responsive.

Hey Jeannie,
The credentials doesn’t work. Please check.
If you have added the custom font via Font Manager, you will need to use it in Theme Options or at least an element in the Pro Header or Footer so that the custom font will be loaded globally.
Once that is done, you can follow Part 2 in ThemePunch’s documentation that is assigning a class to the layer and then adding your custom CSS.

Are you using the password combo because the site is password protected? I just logged in on another browser in a private window with the same credentials, I have not changed them throughout developing this site.
Also just FYI- I’m trying to use two custom fonts. One is Futura- and that worked on Rev slider- it is set as my header font. The other is Easy Going, it is set as my custom font, and I have already deployed it in the global footer.

Another staff there, I tried multiple different combinations from your already provided credentials and nothing works. Isn’t the second credentials work since the first one is a flywheel credential? But it’s not working.
I checked your slider and the only font that I can see is Montserrat, and I can’t find the section or page referenced from your last screenshot. Perhaps we really need to log in first, please provide the correct credentials.

This is so weird because I am getting in just fine. I logged out and logged back in several times with these creds. The privacy mode does not seem to be showing up, so I am checking with the host.
Looks like there is an issue with the logins. I have a ticket in with the host- Flywheel staging. I’ll hit you back once it is resolved.

This is really weird because the credentials is still not working. We are using above credentials on the URL inside the secure note. Maybe we have a misunderstanding and that is not the correct URL. Please confirm.

I’ve never even seen that one before!
I’ve resolved this issue by having my host force https again and fix some of the images that were causing the site to not be secure.

Sorry for the confusions, now that explains why we can’t log in to the site. You did not provide URL so we look up on your account, the URL http://jeanniemartins.com is the only URL that is associated with your account so we thought that is the site you’re working on.
Anyways, glad you sorted things out, I see that the custom font family (Easy Going) and Futura are loading fine on your site now.
