bbPress and BuddyPress - replies not threading

Hi,

we’re working on this website: https://wordpress-305464-935120.cloudwaysapps.com/ , where we are supposed to create a simple forum.

That said, we have bbPress and BuddyPress installed, alongside some plugins we saw were supposed to solve our reply not threading issue; until now nothing worked. We even tried to change it via code but again, nothing we tried worked.

Any suggestions as to what we might do or fix? Thanks in advance!

I can see the issue and it is because of this error:

It seems a known issue for bbpress. Please check this thread. Since this is not part of the theme customization for bbpress, please check in to plugin developer.
