Basic file not installing

Hi, I’m going to the theme installation within Wordpress and selecting from my computer folder then pressing install. But it keeps saying “The link you followed has expired.” Not sure why it’s not installing.

Any ideas?

You mean when you upload and install the downloaded zip file? You can contact your hosting provider to see the cause whey it fails. Please follow this One of the solution provided by a user is by increasing the upload size limit of his site and you may request an increase to your hosting provider.

Or you can do it too if it’s allowed by your host


Thanks, I got it sorted. I’ve now got a licensed Pro version in my wordpress. But there is no Demo Content area within the Validation page — as it explains on this page…

Please be advised that Pro theme does not have the ability to import the demos. It is only available in X theme. Pro theme features the custom header and footer builder. The Pro theme is useful for intermediate and advanced users like designers, developers and etc.

Do you want to install Renew 8? Please provide us access to your site so that we can install it for you. To do this, you can create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Thanks for providing the information. I have logged in and Renew 8 demo content were successfully imported. Please understand that Renew-8 is a standard demo content which means that you will only have placeholders. For more details about our demo contents, please check this out:

If you would need to create your own custom header and footer, then Pro theme is just right for you. You can always make use of the default headers and footers if you want to.
