Bar Setup Issue

(Pro Version) My header has 2 bars.

The top one has an inline menu, no dropdowns, and is solid white. The top bar is NOT sticky.

The second bar is my main menu with logo and is semi-transparent blue and IS Sticky.

Problem: When I drag the edge of my browser from full width to mobile width, and then expand it back to full width, the top bar goes behind the 2nd bar, you can see it through the transparent blue. When I refresh the page it corrects itself until I squeeze the page again.

Note: If I disable the Sticky feature of the lower bar the problem is goes away and the menu works perfect. But I want to keep the stick feature.

Would you mind providing a video recording? I can’t reproduce it on my end. The two bars stay on their respective positioning upon resizing and switching to full-width.

I figured out that it only happens when logged into Wordpress and the Wordpress toolbar is visible above the website. When I log out of Wordpress their toolbar is not present and the problem goes away.

I understand the problem better now, although resizing the browser window might be an easy way to test for responsiveness of your web page, but some scripts gather information on page load, so resizing the browser window might cause those scripts not to work as intended. What I recommend in this case -if you want to test the page responsiveness- is to resize the browser window then refresh the page, so all the scripts will get the new values needed while the page is loading and everything should work as expected.
