Banner shows when editing PRO but not any time else

After Pro Update on one of our pages, the banner and styling show when editing PRO but not any time else. It only happens on our ‘About Us’ page. All other pages work fine. WP/Theme/Plugin are updated. I have cleared the cache. updated php.

but it should have a banner similar to this:

Not sure how to fix this since it’s only this page and I can see it when editing.

Thank you for writing in, you said after PRO update, but I still seeing PRO 4.2.3 on your site, please update to the latest version 5.1.2.

Remember to clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
