Backup Customizer settings

[praxisnah2016]

Hi there,

my homepage is almost finished, but I would like to see some demos, but only the standard demo. Do I have to backup my Customizer Setting before download a standard demo? An how do I do? I know where I can find the Customizer Manager, but I don’t know how to backup my customizers settings there.

Thanks for your help!
Best regards Kerstin

Hi Kerstin,

On WP Admin > X > Customizer Manager you can export your customizer / theme options settings.

Once you have done that you can freely load different demos, if you regret and decide to go back to your initial customizer settings you can go back to Customizer Manager and import them back.

Hope it helps!
