Background videos not loading

Hello!

Longtime x theme user, adding videos to section backgrounds on my clients demo site. However, for whatever reason, they won’t load :;(. The “poster” image stays up instead. I am adding a link to the video that has been compressed & uploaded to wordpress as I have always done in the past - but this time it’s not working.

Any ideas on how I can get this working?

Thanks for posting in! Are you referring to the 15 second 5.1MB video file?

It is playing on my browser. I am using MS Edge by the way. I’ve also checked the site in Chrome, Opera and Brave. The background video is playing as expected.

Please clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again.
