Background Video Update

I’m looking to replicate this page. https://onenine.com/website-design/

How would I go about setting a background video?
How would I best approach doing the updated hover state?
I also have a revslider menu built, but I don’t know how to make that the default navigation at the fixed at the top. Help!

Thanks for writing in!

Your element structure should be like this:

Section
    Row
         Column 
             Image
             Div 
                  Headline
         Column 
             Image
             Div 
                  Headline
         Column 
             Image
             Div 
                  Headline
         Column 
             Image
             Div 
                  Headline

You can then add Effects to the Image element when hovered, it scales down.

Would I build this out in the inspector or do I place this elsewhere?
