Background Video scale?

Hi there,

I am trying to get this video to scale in size when using different browser sizes. Also, is there a way to tell the ratio that is needed? The video plays fine from Vimeo,(https://vimeo.com/336662616) but when added as the background, it doesn’t scale down when we change the size of the screen…https://rrpritchardmbc.wpengine.com/
They are willing to redo the video or reformat it if needed, but I am not sure what size or ratio is needed to not have their heads at the very top of the screen.

It depends on the background and device screen size. Video background will be cut in some screen sizes. So for Desktop it is recommended to have 16:9 and for mobile version 3:4.
