At www.martinrayvaughan.com I am trying to do a simple video background for the 2nd section (right under the header). Wanting to use a Vimeo video as source, but nothing is showing up.

Thanks for writing in.
I could not see any problem in the front end. You could try testing hosting the video in your site or try another video. This could be because the video is not setup properly or something has to be done first before using it as a background video.
In this case, please share us your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.
Don’t forget to set it in a secure note.
