Background video not running in google chrome

Hi there, I use Pro 1.1.1.
In slider settings belowmasthead I embedded a background video (.mov) which does not run in Google Chrome. Works fine in Safari and Firefox.

Hello Karl,

Thanks for writing in! Please keep in mind that the *.mov file is not compatible with other browsers. I would recommend that you download HandBrake (https://handbrake.fr/) and convert your video file into *.mp4, *.ogv and *.webm. These are the only video files is compatible in most modern browsers.

Convert your video in all 3 format and use all 3 as background so your site supports most of the browsers (if not all).
