Hello. On the Icon 8 demo content you have a nice gradient as the background. How can I change that image to a video and still keep all of the content in front of the video?

That is a body background image set under Theme Options > Layout and Design > Background Image, regretfully you can not set a video background there. You can only assign a background video on the Sections and on the Sliders.
