Background Video Align Top

Hello Themeco,

I am trying to get my homepage hero background video to align top, and every combination of CSS I’ve tried doesn’t seem to work.

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your site it seems that the hero background video is aligned at the top at the moment, it might be the issue of browser cache at your end. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again. If the issue still persists please let us know. In case you are pointing to something else please share a marking screenshot video so that we can advise you properly.

Hey @prakash_s,

on the screenshot you posted, there is actually space above the gentleman’s head. currently I believe it to be center aligned.

It mostly depends on the aspect ratio of the video, still, we would like to check what are the setting made in the Admin Dashboard. I would suggest you grant the Admin privileges to the existing user credentials for further investigation.

Hi Trung,

Unfortunately, nothing can be done on this as it’s impossible to show every detail on different screen sizes because of the mismatch of the aspect ratio of the video.
