Hi there,

I checked your licenses page and you have several domains so I am not sure which site is in question.

Kindly product us with the URL of the site so that we can check it.

Thank you.

ok here in the secure note the info

Hi again,

Thanks for the URL, I checked your setup and It seems like it’s happening due to a custom JS you’ve in the Theme Options > JS, backup your JS code first and try removing it and see if this resolves the issue, if it does then you probably need to change 'height':'170px' with 'min-height':'170px' in your code.

Hope this helps!

Hi,
the ‘min-height’:‘170px’, works for menu, but the height of the menus container does not gets little when you scroll.

what can I do???
Thanks for your help,

Hey There,

A shrinking navbar is only a feature offered in Pro. It’s not possible in X so it looks like you did it through custom development. If you got the codes from this forum, I am sorry but we could not continue on troubleshooting them. Custom codes are not maintainable and it would require a fair amount custom development time to troubleshoot issues that arise from them. Custom codes only also serve as a guide. They we’re meant to show you a possibility. The actual usage and maintenance of it would be the user’s responsibility.

I’d recommend that you first switch to Pro and we’ll give you further advice to achieve a shrinking bar. In fact, the issues you’re facing now would be non-existent in Pro. No need for custom codes.

If you wish to continue with X and achieve a shrinking bar, you would need to hire a web developer. This would require custom development time which is not a part of our support service. Please see our Terms.

Thank you for understanding.
