BACKGROUND LOWER LAYER movie position

I have a background movie on a row. In the new pro version I can’t figure out how to align the top of the background video to always align to the top of the row and left of the row.

Hi there,

You can set top left in the Size & Position option in the background settings.

I’ve moved the video to Section 1/Background Lower Layer and I’m still having the same problem and question. These options you suggested are only available for images and not video. I’ve cropped the video to suit my need however I would still like to solve the problem.

Hi There,

We’re sorry for the confusion. Yes, those background position option is only available for BACKGROUND IMAGE and not for background video. For background video though, it’s default position is top left.

If you could set up a draft page using the original video background, we can check again. Share us the URL. Thank you

Hi There,

Thank you for the URL, but unlike background-image there is no background-position option for background videos. We can not force it with CSS as it appears to have a scrolling glitch if we do it.

Keep in mind that backgrounds are responsive in a cover way to cover its respective section/container regardless of its height and width.
