Background layout like this one

Hi folks,
Is there any easy way to create background layout similar to this one - http://shtheme.net/demosd/dashcore/?page_id=199#

Means, the image overlapping nicely through out the right side of the content. This looks similar to Stripe concept.

Any ideas ?

OK great thanks, so basically tweaking negative margins, overlap image, and z-index. Got it. Tried early on and I think I’ve got this.
