I have no explanation whatsoever as to why my background keeps vanishing. I can see it in the backend, but I cannot see it in the front end. I have removed it, I have readded it with a new name several times. It will display for a short time and then vanish again. Anyone have any ideas why this would happen? I have put the website URL and username/password in the Secure Note. Thank you!

Nope. cleared the cache a bunch of times. No matter what I do the background keeps disappearing. Any other ideas?

No I’m talking about the page background. I’ll attach two. One is with the background in the back end. And the second is how it is displaying on the front end…Interesting, however…I have the AutoOptimize plug in. And it doesn’t mesh with Pro very well. I always have to deactivate it in order to get into the customizer. That is because it is concatenating the CSS and javascript, minifying it or some such. Well when I turn off AutoOptimizer the background image sometimes displays. SOMETIMES…But AutoOptimize has sped up my site so much I don’t want to lose that… Please advise.

You will need to disable Autoptimize every time you need to edit something in the Customizer because minifying resources will speed up your site, but it will cause preview issues. If you need it enabled when using the Customizer or the builders, it needs to be configured by a professional or you could buy Autoptimize Pro Services.

Every so often, Cloudflare throws that screen up. All you have to do is refresh and it will work fine. I’d appreciate if you’d look at the issue. I have turned off AutoOptimize.
I seem to have solved my own problem. It was the AutoOptimize plugin and I figured out the setting that needs to be changed in order to make it work. Thank you for looking into this. All solved!

And it’s happened again. It seems that Pro is getting very glichy and undermining my confidence in this platform. I have many sites in Pro and am thinking of changing platforms because I am getting tired of the glitches. It is constant. Mostly having to do with images disappearing and reappearing. It needs to get sorted. Every since the platform’s last major revision, nothing seems easy with this platform. Just saying… Yesterday I had a HUGE prospect visit one of my Pro sites and the images just didn’t appear. I checked a few minutes later and they were there again. Happening all the time. NOT COOL

Based on the discussion, it’s because of your cache plugins and CloudFlare. It will surely affect any theme or plugins without proper configuration of your cache and minification (especially with CF’s rocket loader). The rocket loader could affect the loading order of the scripts (given that the background is controlled by javascript).
I also see errors coming from your paypal woocommerce plugin, you may want to disable it too.
I checked your site and the background is working and there is no cache. Cache might need to be purged or cleared manually since the theme has no direct control over it.
