Background images not showing in FF or Safari?

Any idea why the background image in the content section just below the header is not showing on all basic content page (not the homepage)? They seem to work and display fine on Chrome, but not FF or Safari on a Mac. Any suggestions why?

This has been resolved. It was a settings issue related to http and https. Sorry to have bothered you. Thanks.
