Background Images Not Displaying on Mobile

Hi,

I have several Pro Grids on a page where there are two cells side-by-side on desktop layouts. One cell contains text, the other a background image using the Element.

On mobile the cells are configured so that the text cell is always above the image (x-start: 1; x-end:2; y-start: 1; y-end:2). The image cell is configured on mobile as (x-start: 1; x-end:2; y-start: 2; y-end:3).

However, despite the images displaying as expected in the Pro Builder, they do not display at all on mobile devices, or Chrome set to mobile viewport. How can I get the images to display on mobile, please?

I have checked for plugin conflicts and there appear to be none.

Hello @whitemedia,

Please edit your Grid element. In each Cell element, find the Size option in the element settings and insert a minimum height:

This is to make sure that when the Cells collapse, those Cells that only have background images will still have enough space height to display the background images.

Thank you Ruenel. I can’t believe I missed that! Seeing the iage in the builder , but not on the public view led me down a wrong path.
