Background images don't show up in Pro Builder

I’m having this issue where background images do show up in the Pro Builder.
They display just fine in the front-end, but missing in the backend.
Inspecting the CSS, it shows up like this: background-image: url(12682:full);

I’m on the latest version of the theme, no plugins. no cache.

Can you please take a look?

Hi @carinaa,

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you are using the Classic Section element and setting the background image into it. Unfortunately, the Classic elements do not show the background image in the builder. I would suggest you use the V2 elements in place of it, to get a preview in the builder.

Is this the case for PRO v4?
Because I downgraded to v3 and it works just fine. Background images show up correctly while editing.

Can we update the Pro theme to the 4.1.5 version? After doing the update, please clear your Kinsta Cloud cache first before testing the site again.

The PRO version is v4.1.5 now, cache cleared.

Hey @Carinaa,

I have investigated your issue and it turns out that you have renamed the plugins folder into plugins123. I havr reverted the folder name back to its original name and enabled the necessary plugin. The grid is now displaying as expected in the builder.

Check your site now.
