Background image lower layer and transparency on upper layer not working when seen on brows

Thank you for writing in, the lower background image is showing up on our end, please clarify how we can replicate the issue.



Try clearing your browser’s cache.

Hi, I had to delete the picture and put it back and after that it worked!
