We have an image assigned to the background and when logged in it shows but when logged out you cant see it…
We have cleared the cache but it still hasntr helpled.
And this is logged out…

Thank you for writing in, yes I read that you already clear your cache, but this is more likely a caching issue. Please purge all your caching and minifier plugin/feature, deactivate it for a while and see if the issue resolve. If you have a WP Rocket account, please login to it and purge the caching directly there and deactivate its CSS and JS minifier feature.
