Background image not saving (localhost)

I am trying to put in a background image for my Introduction part, but once I press save and load up my webpage, it hasn’t saved the image.

If I make any other changes, for instance to the title, it does save those.

Am I doing something wrong?

^Here you can clearly see the change, but once I press save it is as if nothing has been changed.

Thanks for writing in! Can you please create another test page and try testing this issue. If you have a caching plugin, make sure to purge your server cache.

Also open your browser inspector, go to your Console tab and perform your actions again to see if you’re getting any error messages.

You can also enable your WP_DEBUG mode in wordpress and test this issue (https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG).
