Background image not fullwidth, but color is

Hi,
I installed Design Cloud’s contact form following your video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=61Hv-DAJauQ&list=PLWPh_GoP7hYXP2MwOJUVwlrU3D-iuVQUU&index=5).
My issue is that I would like to have an image background instead of the blue one from the template, but whenever I choose an image it does not appear fullwidth (see image attach). However, when I change the background color, it does cover the whole page. How can I make my image full-width?

Thanks for reaching out!

In your background layer option please make sure that the size was set to cover so that it will fill the whole section.

If it doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
