Thanks for writing in!
As you are using X, unfortunately there is no such option to make similar footer. You need custom code or template costomiztion for this, which is out side of our theme support scope.

I would recommend you to create a similar section using cornerstone and use it in every page as footer. Only in Blog pages this section won’t work.

You can also try our other Product called Pro which is having header and footer builder gives more control to make any kind of design. Now there is a discount going on for X to Pro licence conversion. If you like to convert a licence you can do that too.
