Background Image Going Over Top of Bottom Separator Instead of Under it!

Hi, Happy New Year! I’m working on a site and I’ve got a section where I’ve used a top separator (curve in) and a bottom separator (curve in). The section under it, I’ve used an image for the background lower layer. The problem is, this background image shows over the top of the bottom separator from the section above it, instead of being underneath the bottom separator! I have no idea how to sort this out, so I’m hoping you can help!

I’ll put the URL in a secure note along with the password as I’ve got a construction page up at the mo.

Thanks!

Hello @core365,

Thanks for writing in!

To resolve your issue, the z-index of your first section must be greater than the second section. Please edit your page and change the z-index of the first section to at least 10.

We would love to know if this has worked for you. Thank you.

Hi @RueNel,

That’s perfect, thank you! I have no idea what the Z-Index is for or what it does! Have you any videos or info on how and when to use it?

Many thanks!

Hi @core365,

You’re always welcome!

There’s no actual video just about it, but you can check its definition and usage here.
