Background image for a section in Cornerstone

Hi guys!

I´m trying to achieve a background image (maybe with parallax effect) for a whole section, like i know i did before when i built some websites last year. Where did the function go? I´ve looked at one of the older websites and cornerstone says, that the whole section is a “classic” element. Can i still add a “classic” section or how can i achieve a full-width background image?

Hi Michael,

Thanks for writing in! Please head over to X -> Cornerstone -> Settings page.

Then enable Advanced Mode under Preferences tab.

You will then be able to set an Image Background and enable the Parallax.

Make sure to clear your server cache as well as browser cache before testing.
