Background enlarged and out of focus on Apple iPads

Dear Themeco Support,

We are having an issue where multiple backgrounds on two separate pages appear perfectly fine in a laptop view and on all other views when using corner stone to build and view different types of backgrounds, example from mobile to various tablets to laptop to computer monitor all look fine and have no issue.

When you look at the backgrounds on an actual iPad, I have both a 10 inch iPad and a 12 inch iPad Pro and in both cases the background is extremely enlarged and you can hardly make out that it is the same background that you are viewing on a computer monitor.

I have included two examples of this and I will give you the details of on what pages with the login information so that you can validate for yourself, however, I have already had someone from your support look at this and I will mention again that the issue is when you were looking at the problem on an actual Apple iPad 10 inch and iPad Pro 12 inch.

Hi Marcel,

I have checked your website but didn’t find the issue described in the screenshot given in the dropbox. I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache and in incognito/private mode of the browser and please make sure you did not install any browser extension to your browser.

And the other website where you are having this issue is not listed in your Themeco Account, please add it for further support.

Reply, can you confirm you have looked at the website on an apple iPad? the is happening on 2 separate iPads for us it is not a cash issue

Also, both pages are on the same site XACT Corporation, please help resolve the issue on the front-main page the resolution will be the same for both pages

Hi Marcel,

I have checked the website in the iPad using the online browser testing tool and browser device tool and didn’t found the issue you described. Can you please provide any video that helps us to recognize the problem?

I had already mentioned to you in 2 previous emails that with the XTHEME tool the problem does not appear???

I will take a video send it to you as soon as possible
