Background Color Issue

I’m trying to change the background color for all pages on my site. I’m using Pro and Integrity. I’ve looked through the previous posts, but everything I try fails. The site is christopherlittle.com

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found there are two different colors: one for the body and another set to the Header > Bar and the Section on the page. You can change those colors from the page, and for the body color you can change it from Layout and Design > Background Color.
I have tried to check your website through the WordPress admin, but unfortunately, the credentials are not working. Please reshare the details if they need to be investigated more.
