Backgroud Video not showing

Hello,

The background video was working on this page but now it stopped.

Casper Cloaking Window Film For Privacy In Open Spaces | ClimatePro

I checked the video source file and it plays in chrome browser by itself.

Any ideas?

Hey Jeremy,

Your video works as a background in my test site so there’s probably something preventing the video to work in your site. I see you’re already up to date so there could be a plugin conflict.

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If that doesn’t help, please copy your site to a staging server and give us the following info in a Secure Note.

• Staging WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• Staging FTP access (just in case)
