Backend Templates vs Published Pages

I have pages that are rendering properly publically, but those page templates are NOT in the template list. I know they had to be because the site renders with them but they are not available on the backend. I’ve cleared a wide variety of caches etc and I can’t figure out what is going on.

Thanks for reaching out.
It is not clear about the backend template, the WordPress predefined templates can’t be overridden or seen from the WordPress admin dashboard. If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.
