Backend Editor Cornerstone not working after update

Hey,
on my site

I updated from Cornerstone 1.XX to 2.XX.
Everything looks fine but in the backend the frontend is not showing so that I can’t use Cornerstone.
Could you look into that?

Same issue here, updated from 1.1 to 1.2.4 and now cornerstone (Pro) editor is looping at the preloader. Can’t edit page on back end.

Thanks for writing in! Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WP Fastest Cache, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

You are using MaxCDN. You will need to clear your site cache and regenerate the cache in your CDN network.

Hey @RueNel thanks for the help.
I deactivated my chaching pluging but the problem still exists. Could you please check the backend from this post? It’s not showing.

I’m also having the same problem - only with editing. All the elements show on the left column, but nothing shows in the center but the header and the footer. https://courageouswordsmith.com

I’m also not able to load Cornerstone when creating a new page. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @awecesar

The issue was being caused by the plugin BWP Minify, I have turned it off and now it works.

@Bijuvi, @lyrical & @who2host

Please try testing for plugin conflict by turning off all third party plugins, also if you have any cache plugins make sure to flush the cache before turning the off. Clean your browser cache and test it again.
