Backend and Frontend Discrepancies

I’ve been noticing this more lately and it seems like users have the opposite situation where stuff in the backend is not reflected in the frontend.

In our case, we had some trouble displaying text on some new products on the backend but after changing conditional rules to what should work, the backend still doesn’t display properly but the frontend looks correct. In other case, a new product’s product image appears correctly in the frontend but in the backend it isn’t displayed at all. Is this a caching issue? I tried clearing the cache under the Cornerstone settings but the issue persists.

Thanks for posting in! This is the first time I have encountered this issue. We would love to inspect your build. If you can provide us with your WP details so we can log in, we might be able to figure out the cause of the issue. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
