Back to Top - scroll arrows or button

Hi there
I want to be able to include either a back to top button at the bottom of every page or have a scroll arrow appearing when users go past the fold so they can easily make their way back up to the top of the page

When can I find something like this in Cornerstone?

How would I feature this on every page? What code would I need and where would I need to place it?

Thanks for writing in! You can enable the Scroll to Top button in Cornerstone > Theme Options > Miscellaneous;
