Back-end code showing on website

We recently updated from “X” to “Pro” and noticed that a bunch of the back-end code and css is showing on the site now. I’m not sure how to fix it. I tried going back to “X” but the issue remained.

Also, the Rev Sliders above and below the broken sections are not showing up either. Just a black bar.

Thank you.

Hey @jquinn33,

The problem is with your Custom Load more shortcode. Please have the developer of that shortcode fix the issue. I tested the shortcode in the default WordPress editor and it won’t save so there’s really something wrong with the shortcode and not our builder.

Thanks.

Oh my gosh… THANK YOU, Christian! That was totally it!! We’ve removed the faulty plugin from the page and all looks Pro Beautiful again!! I appreciate your help!!

Hello, I hope you are well!

I’m also experiencing this issue. I have deactivated and reactivated each plugin to see if it is a plugin issue, however, this hasn’t fixed the problem.

Thank you in advance for any support you may be able to provide!

Hi @jquinn33,

Glad that we are able to help you.

Hi @kofflerarts,

I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues to recognize the reason behind your issue.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.CSS/JS Customization
3.Disabling Cache
4.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, I would request you to create a separate thread and provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks
