In GTmetrix I got the Info for some large layout shifts on my mainpage one-million-places.com
Most of them coming from X, right? How can I fix or optimize this?

The elements themselves do not cause layout shifts. It’s the content within and surrounding them that causes that such as images especially unoptimized images and those loaded from a different server such as a CDN. I’m not saying that CDN is bad by the way but it could take time to load the images.
We can do nothing about that as we do not have control over the content. The solution would be to optimize your website the best you can and also follow the things to avoid CLS here.
