Hi,

This is a matter of urgency - I have the video autoplay setting turned on but it is not playing automatically when viewing the page - why is this?

Hi Leo,

Thank you for writing in, autoplay will not work if your video is not muted, that is a browser autoplay policy, you can read more about that on the following link:

You need to mute the video to make sure it will autoplay for users.
