Automatic theme X updates doesn't work

Hello, I have selected the automatic updates but I still have an old version: Installed Version 7.2.3 instead of 9.1.4.

I clicked on the button: “Check now” for updates, I get the message: “Unable to check for updates. Try again later.”

Any idea why this is happening?

Thanks for writing to us.

It might be the issue of any security plugin or plugin conflict issue, I would suggest you manually update the theme. Please have a look at our doc to learn more about how to update the theme.

Please you must clear the cache after updating the theme so that the latest code renders properly.
