Automatic link in text-editor

Hi there,

is there any way, to get URLs (and email-addresses) that are entered in PRO’s text-editor converted to a clickable link automatically?

In typo3 urls and emails are converted automatically in the editor after entering a blank after it - it would be really helpful to have this in PRO too …

Hello Uli,

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by the Pro elements. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.

Hi jade, thank you for your reply. I guess almost every PRO user would need this feature, as in almost every post, on every contact-page etc. there are many e-mail-adresses and URLs to be converted into links. So wouldn’t it be a good Idea to add this to the PRO wishlist?
