We work on a sandbed like http://new.domain.com and go live with www.domain.com. We’ve always used a plugin called Automatic Domain Changer https://wordpress.org/plugins/automatic-domain-changer/ but it appears the most recent updates to Cornerstone/XTheme have rendered this plugin useless. Had to go in and change all the image URLS manually.

Are there any alternatives? What do you do to address this?
