Auto Scroll div when scrolling down page

Hello, I have a landing page here: https://ndesign.group/

I have a section about 1/2 way down where I have a div nested in a column, containing a few images and text. Currently, when the user scrolls down the page they must hover over the column and then use a second scroll bar to scroll down that content. (see screenshot of the section attached

).

I would like this to happen automatically, so when the user scrolls down the page, when they get to this section that column div will scroll until the end of the div and then they can continue down the page. Please advise as to the best way to accomplish this. Thank you!

What you are expecting is required custom development and that is beyond the scope of Theme Support. I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you in doing the customization.
