I loaded the page you posted on my phone and the video auto-plays. It looks like your issue is resolved. If not, please tell us the name of version of the Operating System and browser you used to see the issue.

It does not play on my iPhone 10XS at all.

I also notice these white lines.

Hello @verobeachmarketing,

Though we do not have iPhone10XS, the video automatically plays in our tests. You may need to clear your phone’s mobile browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again.
