X theme augenerates a lot of classes.
I was wondering if you could do that for the content as well? This would help a lot in anti scraping measures.

What do you mean by content class? But regardless, it would require custom development. I recommend contacting a developer for customization.
The classes that theme’s generates are only applicable to its own elements and structures and I’m not sure how you’ll do that on content where it’s unpredictable and varying.
